Your Opportunity

If you have advanced knowledge managing the creative design and development of software applications with a technical background in software engineering, then we have a role you’ll love. As part of our Product Team, you’ll be at the center of key product initiatives for our leading mobile health applications used by millions of users worldwide. You’ll be in charge of overseeing the design and development of new features, iteration, and product experimentation to help us take our products to the next level. You’ll also be interfacing directly with upper management and applying your passion for digital health technology to regularly finding creative solutions that meet evolving user and business needs. You’ll be surrounded by a talented team of engineers, designers, and executives to support and help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful execution of key initiatives, programs, and projects relating to our top-ranked sleep and heart health applications
  • Organize, manage, and lead multiple product standup forums on a regular basis with key product stakeholders and upper management
  • Work with engineering, design, and scientific talent to come up with creative product solutions that meet user or business needs
  • In tight coordination with engineering and design talent, ensure the on-time delivery and release of road-mapped product features, experiments, and changes
  • Create highly detailed technical specifications for engineering team related to new product features, product experiments, and product changes
  • Inspire and motivate product contributors towards common goals in alignment with company product initiatives
  • Understand and master knowledge of user needs, pain points, and behavior associated with core user archetypes and how the product addresses these through problem solving and value propositions
  • Monitor, report on, and achieve goals relating to product KPIs
  • Analyze and be accountable to user behavior and usage analytics to assist in the prioritization of new features, experiments, and changes
  • Ensure the quality implementation of new product features, product experiments, and product changes through verification and validation testing
  • Religiously use company products and apps to become the most experienced end-user possible
  • Build, analyze, and present product-related reports, models, and projections
Your Skills & Qualifications

Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience in the following below:

  • Solid knowledge of mobile app design and development standards for iOS and Android
  • Experience as a product, project, or program manager for a consumer mobile app
  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and analysis of product features relating to a consumer mobile app
  • Direct experience working with mobile engineers and UI/UX designers
  • Technical understanding of mobile software technology, supported by previous experience as a software engineer
  • A desire to work in an evolving fast-paced, results-driven environment, and have multiple responsibilities
  • Passionate product individual driven by best-in-breed products that consumers actually love to use
  • Strong desire to hear critical feedback, listen carefully, and learn from mistakes & wins
  • Personal desire and technical skills to troubleshoot product issues
  • Ability to organize and host standups on a regular basis with various product stakeholders
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects and tasks in parallel
  • Superb self-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a very detail-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Keen and intuitive understanding of human behavior and UI engagement patterns
