- In collaboration with a team of designers and engineers, lead and manage the design, development, testing, and analysis of key mobile app and web user experiences relating to various consumer health software products
- Manage your team’s daily/weekly stand-ups and workflow relating to owned product initiatives
- Learn customer and market needs through the design and execution of user focus groups, one-on-one user discussions, user surveys, support ticket monitoring, user review monitoring, and market research
- Coordinate with team designers and engineers to ensure work is unblocked and on track
- Support product planning through contribution of ideas and insights during product roadmap / planning sessions
- Define, document, and communicate product feature user stories and requirements
- Facilitate analysis of and report on the KPI impact of new features and outcomes related to A/B product testing
- Inspire and motivate team contributors towards common goals in alignment with owned initiatives
- Investigate user complaints through product testing and in collaboration with engineering team members
- Ensure the quality implementation of owned product features, experiments, and changes through self and team-based verification and validation testing
- Religiously use, master, and understand company products to become the most experienced end-user possible
- High degree of analytical capacity and attention to detail
- Demonstrable leadership experience with exceptional inter-personal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, naturally curious, and highly self-aware
- Keen and intuitive understanding of individual and social human behavior
- Superb self-management, organization, and prioritization skills with a knack for workflow optimization and ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks in parallela
- Eager to learn and grow with ability to hear critical feedback, listen carefully, and learn from mistakes & wins
- Preferred familiarity with designer and/or software developer workflows
- Preferred 2-3 years of professional experience as a software developer, UI/UX designer, UI/UX researcher, data analyst, engineer, product marketer, or project manager in mobile app development
- Preferred knowledge of mobile app design and development standards for iOS and Android
- Preferred college degree in biomedical engineering, human biology, computer science, or life science
